Satisfaction Guaranteed: At Brass Gift Online we are committed to the customer satisfaction and we are always ready to go extra mile to achieve this goal.

 Payment: Brass Gift Online accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard credit cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking and direct online payment transfer to Brass Gift Center account. We also accept personal checks, money orders, and bank wires. Payments must first clear before items are shipped.

 Cancellations: Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 48 hours of placing an order, provided that the shipping process has not yet been initiated for the same Order. A 4% service charge applied to all cancellation.

 Returns: Brass Gift Online will accept returns on any purchases within 20 days for money back or exchange. No questions asked! Shipping charges are refunded on returns that are the fault of Brass Gift Online, or if there is the unlikely event of damage during shipping. Brass Gift Online does not refund shipping charges if the customer simply does not like the item. A 4% service charge is applied to returns. The return fee and shipping charges are waived if Brass Gift Online or the shipping company is at fault.
