We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, as described and always on time as promised by us in our website. Brassgiftonline team understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly.

 

  1.  We offer FREE Shipping within India only and charge very nominal fees for delivery outside India
  2.  The products ordered by you are dispatched the very next working day after they get approved.. In Some rare cases it may take 2 to 3 working days for dispatch.
  3.  To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies for Indian and international delivery. Some of places where our standard or reputed courier company will not provide the service we use Indian Post service to send your valuable item, it service may take more time to deliver.
  4.  We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
  5.  While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
  6.  If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuses to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care within 24-48 hours on 91- 7351007433. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
  7.  Once we ship your order we will mail you its tracking id along with its tracking details. You can track it on the link provided.

All products offered by brassgiftonline.com are protected by a 7 Day Full Satisfaction Policy which guarantees a full refund as cradit in your account or product exchange if in unused conditions.

If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 7 days of delivery for:

·    A full refund of the purchase price as a store credit for the equivalent amount

·   A product exchange

 

  The product must comply with the following conditions:

·       The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original boxes (packing Boxes) and with all paperwork (this includes warranties), parts and accessories to insure full credit.

·        "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item.

·        There are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way.

·         We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.

·         It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no damage to the product during transit.

          The customer should send the product through a reputed courier service. All Return charge will be paid by buyer.

In cases of customers responsible for reverse delivery, we will require a scanned proof of the logistic bill paid.


Shipping Charges/Cash-On-Delivery Charges are non-refundable service charge and will not be included in your final refund amount.



 

Damaged / Defective Item Policy

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our Customer Service immediately (within 24 hours from delivery). If you are unable to inform us within 24 hours, we cannot guarantee a refund for the order. Please supply your order number from your original confirmation e-mail. Brassgiftonline.com will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner.

brassgiftonline.comwill arrange a reverse pick-up, in cases of no pick-up zone; the customer should send the product through a reputed courier service. In cases of customers responsible for reverse delivery, we will require a scanned proof of the logistic bill paid. If the customer can provide a scanned proof, we will issue a brassgiftonline Voucher of Rs.100 against future purchase.

It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage to the product during transit.

If there is extensive damage to the carton, refuse the order and contact our Customer Service immediately. Please have your order number available when you contact Customer Service.

All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund or a store credit. If you choose a refund, the full product price will be credited when brassgiftonline.com has received and processed your return. It may take upto 10-15 working days to process your refund.

Please Note, Shipping Charges/Cash-On-Delivery Charges are non-refundable service charge and will not be included in your final refund amount.
